Barr na Sráide C.C.E. is our local branch of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann, working to promote and preserve Traditional Dance & Music in South West Kerry. It is base in Cahersiveen.
Br. Eamonn Rogers, a native of Dublin, was a Christian Brother who spent many years in Cahersiveen as a teaching brother within the community. He was a regular visitor to Ballinskelligs too and this is some of his history.
